brooke anderson started off her life as brooke bishop, an overly excitable young woman with a penchant for taking things apart. her interest in science and how things work made it obvious that she'd go into engineering when she was older, but no one really understood why she went into civil engineering as opposed to anything else. nevertheless, that was what she was going to school for when she met hank anderson at the age of 21. he was a young police officer that was helping his younger sister move onto campus, and they became friends fast.when brooke was 25 and hank was 30, the pair of them married. things were well, with a solid understanding between them regarding the state of both of their jobs. still, the two of them knew they desperately wanted children. despite that, it wasn't until brooke was 39 and hank was 44 when they finally managed to have their only son, cole, after years of fertility issues. even before he was born, though, there were cracks in their marriage. these cracks only got larger and less avoidable as brooke found herself alone with cole much of his first years of life. it wasn't as though hank didn't want to be there, but his job ultimately called upon on him far more than brooke would've liked. near the end, they were fighting horribly and it was then they got to that point when brooke brought up divorce.their friendship would rekindle a few years after the divorce, making co-parenting cole much easier to deal with. with the death of cole, however, it was unsurprising that that rift would return in a whole new way.

Born to Lioma and Trétan Vahk, Achaka was the second of five children. Within their home village of Eruah, he often did look to the wall that surrounded the village and wonder just what lay beyond them. His mother was the only one he knew who'd lived outside the walls before, besides the strongest people within the village that left to do their village's trading. Still, even his mother hadn't seen as much as Achaka would've hoped. She, like him, still only knew of the sand and not much more than that. Despite that, Lioma encouraged her son to seek out what was out there, if he so desired.When Achaka was 13, Lioma passed away not long after giving birth to the youngest member of the Vahk family, Petlya. Due to Tretan burying himself in his work out of grief, the youngest three Vahk children were made the responsibility of Achaka and his older sister, Tréan. At the age of 18, he became a father to his first child, Kedön. The combined stress of having to raise two of his siblings, raising his son, his father saying just about anything to keep him from leaving the village, and his continuous suppression of his grief over his mother's death all came toppling down one day as Achaka finally left Eruah at the age of 19.He would spend the next seven years exploring the land and learning all he could. Once a year, he would visit his family to check in on them, despite many of them coming to resent him for abandoning them. Still, in order to make sure he was no longer miserable, Achaka continued to travel the world and get into several mishaps along the way. Off and on, he would live in Serenia with his archery mentor, Abe Messenger, and his wife.It would be his mentor who brought up a knight tournament in Daventry, where Achaka is encouraged to participate. While Achaka is initially unsure, he's ultimately convinced to do so and makes the trek to Daventry to participate, whether or not he really cared to become a knight.

At six months old, Alexander was kidnapped by Manannan as a cruel attempt to gain the Daventry throne "legitimately." While the initial plan was to manipulate and raise Alexander to side with him and help him take over the throne, many things changed over time. Instead of being groomed to be a corrupt king, Alexander (then called Gwydion) was treated as a slave and severely abused.Manny ended up scrapping the plan completely, and decided on killing Alexander when he came of age. Thankfully, Alexander found out about his plan through a letter he'd discovered, and managed to forge a plan to get him out of this hellish situation. He would end up turning Manannan into a cat with the use of Manny's own magic book, and was finally free to live as he chose.It was shortly there after that he learned from an oracle that he was a prince from Daventry, and that his sister desperately needed his help. With the use of more of Manannan's magic, he made the trek to Daventry and saved his sister and the kingdom from a horrible dragon.It was then after that where they returned to Daventry to announce that the princess and prince both were alive and well.

Conflict clouded the joy of a new babe not long after Petlya's birth. Just a month after her birth, her mother, Lioma, passed away due to bacterial meningitis. Due to her father neglecting his family for his work out of grief for his lost love, both she and her older brother, Streig, were left in the care of Onoik.For the next six years, she'd be raised by a combination of her two oldest siblings, her father, and eventually Onoik's wife. She adored her big brother, and thought of him much more as a dad than as a brother. So when Onoik finally left their isolated village when he was 19, she and the rest of her family were rightfully devastated. Petlya cried for him for days, believing the words her father said to her, and that her big brother would die outside the village walls. As she grew older, she grew a strong resentment for Onoik. The yearly visits were hardly enough for their family, especially for her, Onoik's ex-wife, and Onoik's son.When she was 13, Onoik didn't show up for his yearly visit, and didn't for the two years after that. It was in that time when the family was beginning to lose hope, and truly did think that Onoik was dead. He finally showed back up for her 16th birthday, with what she assumed to be his new family. Onoik told her all about Daventry, and how he'd become a knight for the king of that kingdom. While Petlya didn't like how he had "forgotten" to go visit them for so long, Petlya was still intrigued. She, too, was finally getting sick of the rules and isolation of Eruah, and wanted to see the green ground and bodies of water her big brother had described to her. At the end of that trip, Onoik left her a map, in case she ever wanted to leave Eruah and do more with her life.At 17, despite numerous fights with her father and Streig, Petlya left Eruah for the so-called kingdom known as Daventry.

Vee was the only child born to King Cedric and Queen Coignice. When Coignice passed away not long after giving birth to her, it was left to King Cedric to take on the job of raising his daughter himself. In his wife's name, he promised he'd do his best to bring up their child right.The young princess's youth was filled with numerous studies and activities. A very sporty sort of girl, she was taught archery from an early age, as well as several other means of showing off her athleticism. being a bastard born of an affair, luka was surprised he was even brought in to live with his father and his wife. it did, however, paint a clearer picture as to why he was treated with such malice in his early years.really, he should've guessed it, probably. with bright red hair, he didn't look like either of his brothers. it was for that reason, too, why he'd been kept inside much of the time. what he didn't realize until far later, however, was the other reason. with no pointed ears, he never would've guessed he'd been elven in any way. perhaps he'd been "lucky." won the genetic lottery in one way, but fucked over in others.at the age of 11, he was dropped off at kaer morhen. more trouble than he was wotrh, he supposed. one home that didn't want him for another. just what he needed.he went into everything figuring he was going to die. he was scrawny, and hardly a fighter. he'd always gotten beat by his brothers and step-mother. he fought back, but he'd never won any of the fights.much to his surprise, he lived. partially because of vesemir. he'd saved him while they were in the red swamp. so few of them survived that trial, and it'd practically cemented the friendship he, sven, and vesemir all had together. it felt like a miracle that they all survived the trial of the grass, too.years later, he'd barely survive the sacking of kaer morhen. crushed by a pillar, many of his bones were crushed and organs damaged. he was bedridden for weeks, leaving vesemir to have to care for him and the few young witchers that'd also survived.while he did eventually leave the bed he and vesemir shared, he never did recover fully. things seemed fine for decades, only for luka's body to start deteriorating from the numerous injuries that'd mended poorly. the actions took managed to keep him alive, but had done little to make sure that his bones would heal correctly.getting to be in his later years, he suffers from chronic pain and relies heavily on vesemir for his care.

Following the events of Yakuza 0, Majima had to make a choice. He wanted to live his life freely, no longer held back by the image he needed to keep up up with. Fuck his image, he just wanted to do whatever hell he wanted!that, initially, meant to him that he was going to be leaving club sunshine. but as he was getting them ready for that transition, he found himself unable to do it. he cared about his little family within the cabaret far too important to him. so important in some cases that he would end up leaving the yakuza for good.He also would come to the decision that while he desperately wanted to protect Makoto, he felt like it was more appropriate to let her make that decision herself. some time after everything with the empty lot, he found her again and revealed who he was to her. it was a reluctant and hesitant effort, as he was terrified of the potential rejection.much to his utter relief, she accepted him as she was. with that, an actual relationship began between the pair of them. a friendship, a love, and a trust.

louis probably has one of the more bizarre stories of how he landed himself at ericson's school for troubled youth.he'd lived a privileged life with his parents and older sister. hell, they were a relatively happy family, even. he had his moments of acting out, like a lot of boys his age, but everything came to a head when he was 8. after getting everything he wanted, when he wanted it, for much of his life, he was denied the one thing he'd wanted desperately: singing lessons.his father would tell him, "You get to be happy, or you get to be rich. Can't be both." louis would come to hate his father for this. with that, he'd decided he'd teach his father a lesson.after spending a fortune on a fake mistress for his father for a year, he made sure all the receipts made it back to his mother. they fought all night long about the charges, while louis's father denied it vehemently. it wasn't until his parents' divorce was final when he told them the truth, in which he repeated the same line back to his father.a week following, he was sent to ericson's.he's still living with the aftermath, the regret. he doesn't know how he'll be able to move forward after he finally leaves.

The only son of the former leader of the Liumang, Zhao was prepared for that life from the day he was born. with a strict upbringing, he was expected to be prove himself to be leader material. ultimately, though, it really wasn't what he wanted to do.even so, he mostly went through with everything that was expected of him. that's not to say there wasn't a good amount of rebellion out of zhao, too. from getting into fights, to sneaking around to play video games, he proved to have enough of a spine when it came to his parents. despite the shitty things he was put through, he never really came to resent either of his parents.when he was in his mid-20s and not long after the saio triad, he was given rein of the Liumang when his father retired. his father and other older members of the liumang strongly advised against having mabuchi on as his right hand man, as they could see the signs of trechory in him already. zhao, however, wasn't keen on killing their own just for their own suspicions.zhao was the leader of the liumang for just over a decade. in the midst of his reign, his father would peacefully pass in his sleep.eventually, the whole song and dance of like a dragon 7 came about, and he was able to relinquish power over to seonhee with the geomijul. he was able to fully focus on his restaurant past that point, leaving him a lot more happier in the process.

Some in Kerry's life would wonder how a kid like derry didn't end up a reality sooner. . . . well, there probably was, sana was the only to adamantly be able to prove her case. and thus, derring "derry" cowan eurodyne was born.her life was back and forth often. sometimes she was derry eurodyne, daughter of famed rockerboy kerry eurodyne.
